This one's a card grid, not a table, styled like pinned notices on a board. Filter by status, quest giver, or location. Click + Add Quest to create one, click any card to edit it.

Each quest can be tagged to one or more locations (this is what feeds the "Related Quests" list back on Campaign Prep), and can be tied to an NPC as the giver, or just given free text if you don't want to formally assign one.
